Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia Wide as well as New Zealand.
How long does shipping take?
Custom and made-to-order items are typically shipped within 1-5 business days. Ready-made items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods, such as the holiday season.
How do I track my order?
An email with your order details and tracking information will be sent to you. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder..
Returns
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at elegantbloombydasi@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 2, 59 Donnison Street West, Gosford 2250 NSW.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Please note we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If you have any issues with your item please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
